In a large mixing bowl, combine potato flakes and pancake mix.Add eggs, milk and oil.

Whisk until just combined; stir in cheese, corn, onion powder and garlic powder. Let stand 10 minutes.

Heat flat skillet over medium heat. Add about 2/4 cup batter onto skillet, repeat to fill skillet. Cook 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
