First boil milk in a wok and let it be half stir in middle so that it won't stick down.

Mix little cold milk with custard powder and mix in the hota milk and stir no lumps should be there.

Add all ingredients one by one and mix.Soak kesar strings in milk and mix.Now off the flame and let it cool.

Pour in icecream moulds and set it in freezer for 7-8hours and enjoy.
