White Pizza Sauce

An rich and creamy white sauce for homemade pizza.
I make a lot of pizza on my Kamado Joe, and it's nice to have different flavors to involve.
This sauce is really delicious and you'll be surprised at how little it tastes like onions. It's great topped with a little mozzarella, sauteed mushrooms and sliced cherry tomatoes.
