Ingredients

  1. 1 lb.ground turkey or ground chicken
  2. 1large egg
  3. 1/2 cuppanko breadcrumbs
  4. 1/2 cupfreshly grated parmesan cheese
  5. 2 tbsp.olive oil
  6. 1 tsp.dried parsley
  7. 1/2 tsp.each salt, garlic powder, onion powder
  8. 1/4 tsp.pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper and set it aside. In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients until they are well incorporated. Roll the mixture out into even sized balls and set them on the prepared tray.

    Bake for 25-30 minutes, until completely cooked through (165°F). Then serve them however you'd like.

I love to bake and to try out new recipes! I'm always on the lookout for simple dinners for busy weeknights. A lot of the recipes I post on here are ones I've found on Pinterest or from different bloggers, and that I've tried and really enjoyed, but I always reference to where I got the recipe from in the recipe description and the pictures are my own. If there's no source listed, then it's a rare recipe that I came up with. I have two wonderful kids and I hope to pass on my love of cooking and baking to them.
