Steps

Cut the sukuma and spinach into very small pieces.

Wash and chop the tomato and onions separately

In a frying pan, add oil and let it heat then add the onions and let them fry till they almost turn brown.

Add the tomatoes, and let them cook well then add the greens mix well then cover for few minutes.

Add a little salt and mix well then remove from fire.

You can serve with beef stew and mashed potatoes. It's yummy.
