Cut the brown sides of bread pieces. take a bowl and mix all ingredients except bread and oil. mix all well to make smooth paste. keep it to rest for 10 mins.

Now heat a tawa and apply this paste on one side of bread piece and shallow fry these bread pieces from both sides on low medium flame. cover it during the process of shallow frying. cut these bread pieces to make small triangles.

Garnish with grated cheese and serve with tomato sauce.
