2 1/2 cupsCornmeal
1 cupFlour
2 TbspBaking powder
1/2 cupBrown sugar
1 tspsalt
2 cupsButtermilk
2eggs
1/3 cupbutter
1 cupCheddar cheese (shredded)
1 cupcorn
1/2 LbBacon (fried/crumbled)
3Jalapenos (seeded/diced)

Mix dry ingredients in large bowl

Mix wet ingredients in separate bowl.

Add wet ingredients to dry and mix well.

Grease a 9 by 9 pan with butter, pour in mixture and bake at 375°F for approximately 30 minutes.
