Melt the dark chocolate then set aside to cool a few minutes

Add chopped avocado, salt and vanilla essence into the melted chocolate. Mix well until evenly combined. Put the mixture in the fridge to set for 20 minutes

Once chocolate mixture has set, scoop with a tablespoon or ice cream scoop and roll in your palms to form round balls

Dip the round chocolate balls in the cocoa powder, rolling them around so that they are fully coated

Return to the fridge for a few minutes before enjoying them
