Steps

Firstly boiled pasta in a pan and some salt and 1 spoon ghee

Now heat the pan add 2 spoon oil and add chopped onion, capsicum, crushed garlic cloves

When onion gets brown add chilli powder, turmeric, salt, garam masala and 400g mashed tomatoes heat down and cover the pan for 10 minutes

When pasta get soft add pasta and mix it properly

Sprinkle origano and serve hot pasta
