Dice your potatoes then you deep fry them until well done

Cut your carrots and blanch abit and do not cover.
Drain the water and cool them with running water to retain the color - 3
Cut your courgettes into slices

Fry both carrots and courgette in butter the season well
- 5
Roast your chicken but not well done.
Put barbeque sauce in a pan then simmer the chicken on the sauce under very,very low heat.
