Steps

Take a one bowl of water and cut in potato for small 2 cubes in water with skin.(without peel)

Take a small bowl add all masala mix well.

Take a wok add mustard oil heat then add masala and jeera then masala colour change {black} then add chop aloo mix well and covered with lid.

After 10 minute check the aloo r soft then aloo saute for high flame for 5 minutes.

After cooked then enjoy aloo with poori or parantha.
