Take chopped and gratedveg in a bowl and add cornflour, pepper salt and mix them together...

Knead veggies so that veggies leave water and cornflour gets mixed and small balls can be made..in a frying dish, heat oil in medium flame and Fry the balls.

Remove them and keep them on a kitchen paper towel..

In a bowl mix soya sauce, tomato sauce and red chilli sauce, vinegar and mix well. And keep aside

Heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic, spring onions, ginger, chillies and stir fry them.. add opinions and fry till turned translucent..

No add mixer and 1 cup water, salt and pepper and mix well, till a boil comes.

Add balls and off the flame.. garnish with bells garlic Julian's..
