This is one food I never get tired of eating.
Steps

Peel your yam, cut into desired shapes then start to boil with salt, add the garden egg to boil with the yam

Cut your fish, wash and season with salt and knorr, add little water then boil till done.

Next take out your garden egg when it's soft then mash and set aside

At this point heat your vegetable oil in a sauce pan, add some slices of onion then saute, then add the blended pepper and onion, fry till dry then add the garden and fry for five minutes

Add the crayfish, fish stock, and fish

Taste and preseason, fry for three more minutes then bring down.

Serve with yam.
