Steps

Cut the seekh in small size.

Take a karahi,pour 2 tbsp of oil in it with chopped onions & ginger garlic paste.

Add all the ingredients with grinded tomatoes,saute till it becomes a smooth paste

Deep fry the seekhs.

Take them out on a tissue paper

Add them in the cooked masala.

Put 1 cup of water in it.

Cook till all the water is absorbed& garnish with kasuri methi.

Serve hot with naan or tandoori roti
