PAKWAN.mix the ingredients in a bowl and prepare a dough.keep it aside for 10-15 mins.Make it a roti shape.make holes with a fork and deep fry it until it’s brown

DAL-soak chana dal overnight.morning add turmeric powder,salt,water.put it in the cooker and whistle for about 4-5 times.heat the oil in a pan.add hing and cumin seeds and add tomato puree and cook for 4-5 mins.now add all the spices mentioned above.stir it until the oil is seen to be floating.now add boiled chana dal.and stir it 5 more mins.add water to it as per ur need your consistency.boil 10-15 mins in low flame.add coriander.dal is ready.serve it with chopped onion and lemon..

CHUTNEY-Mix the ingredients above and make a paste.chutney ready
