Steps

Boil raw pasta according to instructions given on the package. Boil them around 10-12 minutes. To check wheather pasta is cooked or not. Then transfer the cooked pasta to a large colander and drain excess water.

Boil sweet corn.

Now, heat 1/2 teaspoon oil in a pan. Add 1/4 cup capsicum, onion, carrot and salt.

Stir and until veggies are little cooked for around 2-3 min. Then turn off the flame and transfer them to a plate.

Heat 2 tblspn butter in the same pan. Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds.

Add Maida. Stir continously and cook for a min.

Pour 1 cup milk little by little while stirring continously. Cooking until mixture starts to thicken.

Add oregano, chilli flakes and black pepper powder. Mix well.

Add sauted veggies, pasta and sweet corn.

Turn off the flame and mix well.

Transfer to serving plate. White sauce pasta is ready now. Garnish it with cheese and sauce.
