Boil meat till tender and soft

On a pan,fry onions till brown

Add the chopped tomatoes and fry on low heat till formed a paste

Add the boiled meat pieces into the paste and fry for 15mins adding small amount of water and salt to taste

On a separate sufuria,fry onions on a little oil till transparent
- 6
Add the spinach,salt and stir
- 7
Remove from heat after stirring
- 8
Serve the spinach,meat stew and ugali when still hot
