Steps

Take bowl add wheat flour at some water knead dough keep aside

Take a mixing bowl add grated gobhi (cauliflower) add green chilli add carom seeds, coriander powder salt add coriander leaves mix well stuffing ready.

Make a small balls from the wheat dough.

Stuffed gobhi mixture.

Sprinkle dry flour roll the prantha.

Place on tawa add oil roast both sides

Serve with curd.
