Ingredients

20 minutes
2 servings
  1. 1 cupgobhi / cauliflower (Grated)
  2. 2-3green chilli (chopped)
  3. 1 tbspcoriander leaves (chopped)
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1 tspcarom seeds
  6. 1 tspcoriander powder
  7. 2 cupwheat flour
  8. as neededWater
  9. as neededOil for friying
  10. 2-3 tbsp Pomegranate (for garnishing)

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Take bowl add wheat flour at some water knead dough keep aside

  2. 2

    Take a mixing bowl add grated gobhi (cauliflower) add green chilli add carom seeds, coriander powder salt add coriander leaves mix well stuffing ready.

  3. 3

    Make a small balls from the wheat dough.

  4. 4

    Stuffed gobhi mixture.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle dry flour roll the prantha.

  6. 6

    Place on tawa add oil roast both sides

  7. 7

    Serve with curd.
