Steps

Take a potato wash it then place a tooth pick inside the potato gently.

Now take knife and cut potato by rotating the potato in round. Do not cut whole, cut like spirals.

Now with your hands separate gently and carefully all the spirals.

Now take a bowl add cornflour, water, salt and make batter.
- 5
Now put potato spirals in cornflour batter and deep fry them. Turn in both sides with the help of tooth pick.

Now after both sides are done sprinkle chat masala, red chilli powder and salt on it.
