Roast almond kishmish and kaju in desi ghee

Mix paneer patato and maida with salt and red chilli

Make balls fill with roasted dryfruits dust ballsl with maida and fry all

For gravy onion tomato garlic chilli boil with 1/4 cupwater for10 minute

Blend them it and put it in a pan and cook it till the gravy thickens and desi ghee and all spices

Add cream to the cooked gravy also half cup of water then finally add kofte

Garnished mughlai kofta with green chilli and cream
