Steps

In a sauce pan, over medium heat, add the sugar and ginger.

Keep stirring the sugar continously till the sugar start melting and changing colour.

Turn off the heat as soon it comes to golden brown in colour.

Add the ground peanuts and stir quickly. Pour over a greased plate and spread evenly.

Let it cool for a few minutes and cut them into any shape you like.

Note: When sugar starts melting, it changes the colour very quickly and it can easily burn.
