Place the fish in a mixing bowl add salt, red chill paste, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice mix well and keep aside to marinate for1hr.

To this marinated fish add carom seeds, red chill powder, vinegar, chat masala, garam masala, gram flour, maida, mix gently with hands, add a little water if required...

Heat sufficient oil in a pan... Slide fish pieces one by one in oil and fry till golden, sprinkle a little chat masala on fried fish... Serve hot with green chutney
