Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchfirm matoke
  2. 2-3tomatoes pureed
  3. 2 tbsppeanuts crushed
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  6. pinchblack pepper
  7. chopped dhania
  8. 1 tspoil
  9. Dhania to garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the matoke & cut into rounds

  2. 2

    Take a cooking pot,put oil. Put the matoke

  3. 3

    Add water & let it cook add the spices

  4. 4

    Once abit soft add the tomato puree

  5. 5

    Cook further for 2-3 mins

  6. 6

    Now add the peanuts powder. Cook for 3-4 mins. Add dhania. Serve hot
