Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 4roti's (leftover roti)
  2. 3 potatoes peeled and boiled
  3. 1/2 cup green peas boiled
  4. 2 tspbesan
  5. 5 2 tbspgreen chutney
  6. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  8. . Salt to taste
  9. 8. Oil for frying
  10. For Serving
  11. 1 onion finely chopped
  12. 1tomato finely chopped
  13. 2 tbsp. Freshly chopped coriander leaves
  14. . Chat masala for sprinkle
  15. 1/4 cup curd
  16. 1/4 cup imli chutney
  17. 1/4 cup sev

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut roti in small triangle shape pieces. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the roti pieces till crispy and golden brown.

  2. 2

    Transfer into a paper napkin to drain the excess oil and set aside.

  3. 3

    Now roughly mash the boiled potatoes and peas add about 2 cup water to it and cook on medium flame.

  4. 4

    Add red chilli, turmeric powder, green chutney, besan and salt cook the gravy for about 10-15 min on medium flame ragda is ready.

  5. 5

    Now prepare masala puri,crush the fried roti pieces and place it in a plate pour the hot ragda over it.

  6. 6

    Drizzle imli chutney and curd over it sprinkle chopped onions, tomatoes and chaat masala.

  7. 7

    Top it with freshly chopped coriander leaves and sev.

  8. 8

    Serve immediately.
