First of all mix soft butter, grated cheese, salt and baking soda in refined flour.. Crumble it well

Add little by little milk and make a stiff dough out of the flour.. Give a rest of 15 minutes to set the dough

Make small balls of the dough and flatten it on a pastry board as thin as possible..make straight lines with knife on the flatten chapatti then cut vertical to make tiny diamonds like shape(can dust the flatten chapatti with dry flour if required)

Heat oil in a flat bottom frying pan and scrape the cheeselings direct from pastry board to frying oil..fry cheeselings on very slow heat till very light golden colour appear..take care you have not get the cheese lings brown in colour

Keep out of the oil and spread on an absorbant paper to soak up excess oil

Your perfect cheese lings r ready for your kids as well as yourself

Store in clean and dry air tight container and serve
