Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2 cansgarbanzo beans rinsed and drained
  2. 2jalapeno peppers roughly chopped remove seeds for less heat
  3. 1 bunchcilantro, stems cut off
  4. 2 clovesgarlic, peeled
  5. sesame oil, I started with 3/4 cup, add more to taste
  6. 1/2 cupwater, if it is too thick add more
  7. 1lime, juiced and zest
  8. 1 tspsmoked paprika, more to taste
  9. to tastekosher salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Throw everything into blender, puree until smooth

  2. 2

    Adjust your seasonings, and add more water, and oil if too thick 0

  3. 3

    Garnish with jalapeno slices, chopped cilantro, drizzle of sesame oil, and smoked paprika

  4. 4

    Serve with pita chips

  5. 5

    Don't forget the strawberry jalapeno margarita

  6. 6
