Ingredients

1 cupflour
3/4 cupbutter
3/4 cupcastor sugar(powdered sugar)
1/2tsb baking powder
1 tbspcocoa powder
1-2 tbspmilk
100 gmchocolate pieces
1egg (optional)

Steps

Preheat the oven at 180°C at "convention mode"

Beat butter, egg and sugar until creamy

Sieve flour, cocoa powder and baking powder in a bowl

Mix all the ingredients together and knead a soft dough. Roll the dough and cut into cookies with help of biscuit cutter. Place biscuits at least 5 cm.

Place cookies on low rack and bake at 180°C at convection mode for 15-20 min. Till golden brown.

Serve with tea/coffee
