  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1/4 kgbeef steak
  • Cooking oil
  • Onions

    Boil the spinach with milk till it is well cooked. Add other spices

  2. 2

    Add spice of your choice to the steak and grill it

  3. 3

    Add oil to the spinach and salt.

  4. 4

    Serve with coselaw
