Ingredients

  1. 5leftover boiled Cassava
  2. 3ripe medium sized tomatoes
  3. 1full onion
  4. 1full green green pepper
  5. 3 tbscooking oil
  6. 1 pinchsalt
  7. 1 tspchilli powder

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a sufuria or pan then add the sliced cassava

  2. 2

    Fry for 5mins s then add chopped onions to fry till golden brown

  3. 3

    Add grated tomatoes and cook for 2mins

  4. 4

    Add the sliced green peppers and salt then chilli

  5. 5

    Cover to cook for 5mins

    Cool and Serve with cold juice
