  1. 400 gmgourd leaves with stem
  2. 2pointed gourd
  3. 1potato
  4. 1/4pumpkin
  5. 1 tspnigella seeds
  6. 1/2 tspcelery seeds
  7. 1 handfullentil dumplings
  8. To tastesalt and sugar
  9. As neededoil

    Heat oil and temper nigella seeds and green chillies

  2. 2

    Add lentil dumplings and fry till golden brown

  3. 3

    Add vegetables and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  4. 4

    Add gourd leaves and cover till it is soft

  5. 5

    Stir fry well adding sugar

  6. 6

    Serve it with rice
