Cooking Instructions

Prepare the chops beat the chops flat. Season chops with salt and pepper on both sides.

Prepare 3 dishes, spread flour on the 1st dish. Beat egg in the 2nd dish. Spread Panko breadcrumbs in the 3rd dish.

Coat each pork chops with flour -> eggs -> breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere
- 4
Wait till oil reach 170C/335F, fried the coated pork chops for 3-5 mins.

Drain pork chops for a bit.
- 6
Cut the pork chops before serving.
- 7
Serve with steamed rice and your favorite vegetables. Or do what I love the most, with Japanese curry!
