Steps

Take a pan and heat, add butter all purpose flour fry add milk stir continously when thicken add chopped veggies and mix add salt pepper and turn off the gas and let it cool.

Now apply butter garlic paste this mixture apply on bread slices sprinkle cheese,chilli flakes and oregano

Now heat non stick tava apply some butter place bread slices on it.

Flame should be low to medium

Cover with lid

When it turns golden brown it will be ready to serve with ketchup or your favourite dip.
