Steps

Boil potatoes in pressure cooker or in a pan until soft. Peel and mash them

Take mashed potatoes in another bowl. Add 4 tablespoon breadcrumbs, grated ginger,coriander leaves, finely chopped green chillies, red chilli powder, sugar and salt and grated cheese

Mix them to prepare smooth dough

Divide mixture into equal portions and roll them into small size balls and make round shaped thick tikkis
- 5
Heat non-stick flat pan to shallow fry tikkis. Cook until turn golden brown from both sides
- 6
Transfer prepared tikkis to a plate. Serve crispy Potato cheese tikkis with tomato sauce
