Ingredients

20 minutes
3 servings
  1. 200 gmmushroom blanched
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. 1tomato chopped
  4. 2 clovesgarlic chopped
  5. 1/2" ginger paste
  6. 1tomato chopped
  7. 1 tspred chilli Powder
  8. To tastesalt and sugar
  9. As neededoil and butter

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil add ginger garlic paste and saute

  2. 2

    Add onion chopped and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  3. 3

    Add blanched and sliced mushroom saute well

  4. 4

    Add tomato and red chilli Powder

  5. 5

    Saute well adding sugar

  6. 6

    Serve it with a dash of butter
