1bell pepper (chopped)
1white onion (chopped)
1 lb.chopped hamburger meat
1 cupwhite or brown rice
1 can (16 oz)diced tomato (leave in juice)
1 bag (8 oz)cheese of your choice (I use cheddar)
to tastegarlic, salt and pepper

Cook rice per directions, set aside.

Cook Hamburger until brown, season to taste. Remove from pan, drain.

In same pan, sauté bell pepper and onion until soft.

Add Hamburger meat, rice and diced tomato.
Mix well.
5

Top with cheese.
Serve.
