Ingredients

5 servings
  • 1bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1white onion (chopped)
  • 1 lb.chopped hamburger meat
  • 1 cupwhite or brown rice
  • 1 can (16 oz)diced tomato (leave in juice)
  • 1 bag (8 oz)cheese of your choice (I use cheddar)
  • to tastegarlic, salt and pepper

Steps

45 mins
  1. 1

    Cook rice per directions, set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook Hamburger until brown, season to taste. Remove from pan, drain.

  3. 3

    In same pan, sauté bell pepper and onion until soft.

  4. 4

    Add Hamburger meat, rice and diced tomato.
    Mix well.

  5. 5

    Top with cheese.
    Serve.
