Ingredients

  • 150 gmflour
  • 50 gmwhole meal flour
  • 100 gmsugar
  • 1 tspvanilla essence
  • 100 mlsour milk
  • 1egg
  • 1 tspb. Power
  • 1/4 tspb. Soda
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • Pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large bowl combine, flours, sugar and raising agents and salt.

  2. 2

    In a small bowl beat milk, egg, and oil together.

  3. 3

    Then add the liquid into the large bowl little by little stirring well until just moistened.

  4. 4

    Fill greased / paper lined muffin cups.

  5. 5

    Bake in preheated oven at 200•C for 15- 20mins
