Ingredients

  • 1/2 cuptamarind
  • 3/4 cupsugar
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • water as required
  • 1/2 tspblack salt
  • to tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Add tamarind pulp and water in a pan and boil it.

  2. 2

    Add sugar,red chilli powder,salt and black salt and cook it for 20-25 minutes.

  3. 3

    Switch off the flame and allow it to cool at room temperature.
