Knead the maida with water and 2tbs ghee,salt and sugar. Keep aside for 15 min

In a bowl take 2 tsp maida,1tsp oil and make a smooth paste.

Take a little ball size dough, make a poori shape, spread the oil paste then fold it in triangle shape with a roller
- 4
Take ghee/oil in a deep pan for dip frying those nimkies, the oil must be low heat add the nimkies in low flame and fry it till golden brown.
