This is a delicious and very nutritious dish! Taro root contains a lot of vitamin C and other antioxidants that are beneficial for maintaining the body's immune system.   • 1.1 lbstaro root
  • Cilantro
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Steps

    Clean the beef ribs and place them in a pressure cooker. Cook for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, peel the taro root, soak it in lightly salted water, then rinse and cut into chunks. Once the pressure cooker has cooled, open the lid, add the taro root, and cook until done. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and cilantro.
