  1. 1/2 kgPaneer -
  2. gmCurd _200
  3. 1 tspGarlic paste -
  4. 2 tspGinger paste -
  5. 1/2 tspHaldi -
  6. 1 tbspRed chilli flakes -
  7. 2 tspLemon juice -
  8. 1/2 tspRock salt -
  9. 1/2 tspChaat Masala -
  10. to tasteSalt and pepper
  11. Onion rings for decoration
  12. Coriander leaves for decoration

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice panir into 2 inch by 2 inch cube

  2. 2

    Mix all the ingredients nicely n coat the panir.marinate for 2 hrs

  3. 3

    Grill till light brown.DECORATE with onion rings n coriander leaves. Serve hot with green chutney
