  • 1/2 kgPaneer -
  • gmCurd _200
  • 1 tspGarlic paste -
  • 2 tspGinger paste -
  • 1/2 tspHaldi -
  • 1 tbspRed chilli flakes -
  • 2 tspLemon juice -
  • 1/2 tspRock salt -
  • 1/2 tspChaat Masala -
  • to tasteSalt and pepper
  • Onion rings for decoration
  • Coriander leaves for decoration

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice panir into 2 inch by 2 inch cube

  2. 2

    Mix all the ingredients nicely n coat the panir.marinate for 2 hrs

  3. 3

    Grill till light brown.DECORATE with onion rings n coriander leaves. Serve hot with green chutney
