Boil milk in a pan,let the milk be half of it and thick.Add lemon juice so the milk curdles.

Stir continuously add sugar little by little and mix.when it dry add 1 tsp ghee and cardamom powder.

Off the flame..Grease a plate transfer it in the plate.Keep in freeze to set them cut them in squares and serve it.Enjoy.
