Mix the flour with butter salt and sugar

Then add yolk and water.mix it. Make it like a dough

Keep it in the fridge for 25minutes

Now boiled the milk..add lemon juice.

Now heat a pan..add the chena and all another ingredients

Now take out the dough from the fridge..roll it.then put on tart mould..

Put some chickpea on the mould..bake it for 15minutes in 150degrees

It's called blind bake

After 15 minutes.take out.

Then take out the chickpeas..put the chena mixture in the tart

Again bake it for 5minutes in 150degrees.
