Ingredients

  • 160 gmFor tart flour
  • 50chilled butter
  • 1egg yolk
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1 tspsugar
  • as neededChilled water
  • 2 cupFor filling water
  • 2 tsplemon juice
  • 3 tspmilk powder
  • 3 tspsugar
  • 3 tspmilkmaid

Steps

    Mix the flour with butter salt and sugar

  2. 2

    Mix it like bread crumbs

  3. 3

    Then add yolk and water.mix it. Make it like a dough

  4. 4

    Keep it in the fridge for 25minutes

  5. 5

    Now boiled the milk..add lemon juice.

  6. 6

    When it will be curdle..switch of the flame.strain it

  7. 7

    Now heat a pan..add the chena and all another ingredients

  8. 8

    Mix it very nicely..cook it for 5minutes

  9. 9

    Now take out the dough from the fridge..roll it.then put on tart mould..

  10. 10

    Put some chickpea on the mould..bake it for 15minutes in 150degrees

  11. 11

    It's called blind bake

  12. 12

    After 15 minutes.take out.

    Then take out the chickpeas..put the chena mixture in the tart

  14. 14

    Again bake it for 5minutes in 150degrees.

    It's ready
