  • 1 cupswater
  • 1 tspMustard seed
  • 1 tspMustard seed
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tbspOil
  • Suji halwa ingredients
  • 1 cupsuji/ semolina
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 30 gmdry fruits kaju & kismis
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tspghee

    Pressure cook the chana with water and some salt for 2 whistles on full flame and 2 on a medium flame.

    Take a nonstick pan add ghee add in suji

    Stir the suji with ghee thoroughly.

    Add sugar &milk and mix them well.

    Now add dry fruits whisk them thoroughly.

    Cover the pan for a while and let the mixuter bowl. After some time open the and mix thoroughly.

    Ready serve hot garish dry.
