Sabudana vada

Washed and soak sabudana for 7 to 8 hours. Wash boil and peel potatoes, grate potatoes in mixing bowl add soaked sabudana, green chilli ginger and coriander leaves paste, Sendha namak,Jeera,Sugar and lemon juice mix well.

Now prepare small sized bolls and keep it a side.

Heat oil in a frying pan fry the sabudana vada till golden brown. Serve with dahi and mint chutney.
