First, make clove + black pepper powder by grinding 20-25 black peppers with 2 cloves. Don’t roast it.

Boil 2 & 1/2 cups of water in a saucepan.

Once the water starts boiling, add grated ginger and the black pepper clove powder. Boil for 5 minutes.

Then add tea powder and jaggery/sugar. Boil for 2 minutes.

Strain the tea into the tea cups
