Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgPotatoes
  • Oil
  • Egg yellow
  • Fresh chilli
  • Masala
  • Sugar
  • Vinegar
  • Salt
  • Tomato sauce
  • Onion
  • Garlic/ginger
  • Coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel your potatoes.

  2. 2

    Fry your onions to golden and add garlic/ginger.

  3. 3

    When done,add masala,egg yellow tomato sauce and let it boil for sometime.

  4. 4

    Add a little vinegar,sugar and a pinch of salt plus chilli.

  5. 5

    Deep fry your potatoes to done and mix.

  6. 6

    Garnish with coriander n serve.
