Chicken paturi (steamed mustard chicken)

it's a bengali delicacy.. Specialy made out of fish.. but i tried it my way with chicken..Paturis are generally cooked in banana leaf but i have cooked it in foil paper..

Marinade the chicken with ginger garlic gatlic paste.. yogurt and salt fir about 3-4 hrs

Now add the poppy paste.. Mustard paste.. Green chilli paste.. Lemon juice into the marinated chicken.. mix well.. Add mustard oil.. mix well

Cut the foil paper into square shape.. Make it thick.. Add the chicken cubes.. Maximum 3-4 cubes in 1 pack.. Add few amount of chopped coriander leaves and one whole green chilli for flavour.. Fold it nicely..

In an already heated steamer put the folded packs and cook for 20-25 mins..

Open and check with a fork if the chicken is tender.. orelse cook for another 5mins

Serve hot with steam rice or roti..
