Cream butter and sugar, add the eggs,vanilla essence and oil and beat till well combined.

Fold in half the flour and combine... Add the batter milk little by little until you get a dropping consistency.

Pour in your lined baking tin.

Place in a 180 degrees preheated oven and bake for 1hr to 1hr 30mins or until well baked.

Remove and let it cool.

Decorate as you please.
