Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlrice
  2. 1/2 tspjeera
  3. 1/2 tspturmaric powder
  4. 1 tspgaram masala
  5. to tastesalt
  6. as neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and soaked the rice for 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a cooker add cumin seeds when crackle add haldi and garam masala,salt,rice and water,

  3. 3

    Cover the lid take a 1 whistle.

  4. 4

    Remove the lid,serve hot.
